You can learn how systems in the home have been maintained. Receive an expert's advice. There are inspection companies that provide services of this type. You should accompany the inspector to ask questions and receive a written report itemizing any areas of concern. A home inspection is completed to insure you are buying a quality home. If repairs are needed, you can request the seller make them in accordance with the provisions of the sales contract.While a home inspection doesn't quarantee that everything will remain in good working order, it does help you to be an informed buyer.Walk-through the property prior to close of escrow to confirm the propertyis substantially the same as when you made the offer and anyrequested repairs have been completed to your satisfaction.
